What happens next

Making sure your order is correct is critical!  After you enter your information , the 4 steps we follow with every order are designed to insure you get the right boards when you expect.

1. We review your Order and requisition the materials needed.  Most times, we have large sizes in stock, but if not, we will order the boards needed for your order. 

 

2. We then enter your Order in to our cutting schedule with a specific shipping date.

 

3.  Within 4 business hours, we will contact you  to confirm the order details, shipping dates, and obtain payment information.

 

4. Process your cut order!  Boards shipping via UPS are over-packed for safety.  Truck shipments are palletized to insure protection of your boards.

Foam Board is our most economical Pouch board. Our boards use the lowest temperature adhesive for use with the thickest papers

Ryno Heavyduty Foam Board

 

For more rigid and flatter requirements, we feature Bienfang MightyCore foam board. Made from Laser cut denser and stronger foam material

Gator board is our premium board. Made with a wood based surface, Gator foam is extremely rigid, weight bearing and very flat.

Plastic Board

 

We stock both Sintra and corrugated plastic boards for mounting. Sintra is a lightweight plastic board and is homogeneous with color and cell density evenly distributed. We stock both Black and White Sintra 1/8" (3mm) and 1/4" (6mm) thick. Other sizes and colors are available.
